St. Jude School provides resource services for students experiencing difficulties with a particular subject area, study skills, organizational, or language skills. The resource teacher, Dr. MaryAnne Skummer is head of the school's TAT (Teacher Assistance Team) which helps to identify and service students who may be struggling. The school principal, parents and personnel from District 122 are also part of St. Jude's TAT team.
Our resource teacher provides testing, consultation with parents and individual assistance to the students.
Periodic testing is done through the use of the Easy CBM's universal testing system. Student progress is continually monitored. Parents are encouraged to contact the student's homeroom teacher or Dr. Skummer for any questions or concerns regarding resource services.
