KWEST
offers
the St. Jude’s High School generation amazing
opportunities
for building friendships, participating in extremely fun service
events, and growing in faith. KWEST
invites
any and all high school students to try an event or retreat; and
everyone that shows up is there because they want to be! Come as
you are, be who you are, no matter what you believe and expect to
have a fun time making new friends and exploring what God has to
say about this wild ride called life. KWEST is NOT a “Religious
Education Program”… and we don’t have lectures
or classrooms! We learn about our Catholic faith and grow in faith
because we are out living
our faith through
social events, Service Saturdays, thought-provoking retreats, and
rockin’ Teen Masses. And you don’t even have to attend
everything
to
be involved—come when you can. Invite your friends (even if
they don’t go to St. Jude!). Jesus totally wants you to get
involved, and hey, so does your mom. So check out this packet and
give it a try—we bet you’re gonna LOVE
it!

Getting
Involved… a Teen’s Perspective
I'm
in KWEST, and I can't get enough of it. KWEST has honestly changed
my life completely. It may sound a bit 'out there' to have your
whole life changed by a youth group, but KWEST is more than a
youth group; its a family. In KWEST, there's never a dull moment.
From crazy retreats to amazing mission trips, this family does it
all. At first, I was really nervous about joining. I didn't know
anyone, and I wasn't like super crazy about church, but it was one
of the best decisions of my life. I met so many new people and I
got so much closer to God. Come to some of the smaller events,
like the Ice Cream Socials after teen mass. Spending time with
KWEST will make an impact im your life. I did for me, and I know
for a fact that I'm a better man because of it.
