* 13.5 Hour Drive (Travel will be broken into 2 days)
This trip is open to incoming freshmen, all high school teens, college leaders, and adult chaperones. (Anyone 18 or older must have completed Protecting God's Children.)
Up Front Cost:
$450 Nearly ALL of this can be fundraised PAST the downpayment
CHWC Fee of $385 covers all meals, work site transportation, and lodging for participants Sunday June 14-Friday June 19, 2020
Included in Up Front Costs are gas and travel day meals Sunday lunch, or meals and activity on the Free Day (bring approximately $50)
Description of the service:
At Catholic Heart WorkCamp, we will be in work teams (with people from all over the country) and serve at either a social service agency, a boys/girls club, or do home repair in the community.
We will have personal vehicles that will drive to and from Denver. Adults are asked to share the driving with shifts (must be 25, licensed, and insured to drive) driving is not required for adults to attend.
What to bring:
Participants are asked to pack light: comfortable clothes, modest pajamas, toiletries, towel, sleeping bag and pillow, an inflatable mattress, walking shoes, Bible, water bottle, small tools, etc. (A complete list will be distributed.)
All adult and teen participants are asked to attend a meeting on Sunday, June 7th 5:00-6:30 pm in rooms 3 & 4. (Parents are welcome as well.)

- Send a letter for prayer support to your friends and family. Sample letters will be provided and asking for financial support in the letter is totally optional. (As missionaries, we set out to do God’s work by serving the physical needs of the community with the strength of the Holy Spirit. Asking for prayer support will deepen the impact of our efforts in immeasurable ways.)
